This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through our website of Morjane Couture (https://www.morjanecourture.com). We aim to deliver all of our products in perfect condition to our valued customers. We will deliver our products according to the terms and conditions of the following shipping policy. Please note that the orders will be delivered to the delivery address that you provided while making your account or that’s on the checkout page, so it is essential that you pay particular attention when completing the delivery address data. We will not be held liable if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

1. COVERAGE OF SHIPPING AREAS

We deliver to all across the United Arab Emirates. Orders are shipped only on business days (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). We don’t ship orders on holidays.

2. SHIPPING RATES

We offer free shipping on all of our orders. Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed.

3. SHIPPING SERVICES WE USE

We use the services of local couriers as our primary shipping carriers. We know your package’s urgency is very important to you, and we will ship the package out promptly. We may elect to use a different shipping method if the package can get to you faster or at the same time as selected.

4. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME AND TRACKING

After your order has been placed, processed, and payment approved, your product will be in the process of shipping. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in your order’s shipment, we will contact you via e-mail or other contact information provided by you.
We will provide the tracking numbers between 1 – 3 days after the order is placed. Once your order has been sent, a notification will be sent to your registered e-mail address. This notification will have a tracking number through which you will be able to track your order.

5. POSSIBLE DELAYS IN SHIPPING PROCESS

Deliveries that are delayed due weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, application of security regulations imposed by a government or otherwise applicable to the shipment, acts or omissions of customs officials, the rule of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in the ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our or shipping careers control, interruption or failure of communication and information systems, interruption or failure of utilities, or any circumstances beyond shipper’s control will not be granted any shipping (full or partial) refunds.

6. SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which our store makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the courier company’s control system.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy has been written for all our customers where we ship out products. This includes all customers from the states, areas, and regions where we deliver our products. As part of our commitment to you, all the products bought on our website are eligible for return under certain conditions. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased, you may return the item.

SECTION 1 - CONDITIONS OF RETURN

The following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be unused, undamaged, and should not be dirty, torn, or odoured, and all the tags, stickers, along other accessories must be intact with the clothing.
  2. Must not purchase the item during a sale or discount campaign.
  3. Your invoice must accompany all returns as proof of purchase. If you do not have your purchase proof, the exchange will not be possible
  4. Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. 
  5. We reserve the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy. 
  6. Returns that do not fulfill our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.
  7. Unless there is a manufacturing defect present in the item, customers are responsible for the shipping costs and handling charges associated with shipping items back to us. 

SECTION 2 - TIME LIMIT

Purchases made on our website may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the product’s delivery, no exchanges or refunds will be possible. No additional days will be awarded to anyone for any reason for the return.

SECTION 3 - AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT

  1. Once your return product is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  2. We will exchange your article with the correct sized item. 
  3. If your item is out of stock, it will be exchanged with an item of equal value. 
  4. If there is no item of similar value available, we will refund your money in the original payment method.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If the return is initiated due to a manufacturing defect, we will pay for the shipping costs.

SECTION 5 - REFUND PROCESS

Suppose a refund is approved due to non-processing of the order or other technical difficulties. In that case, the credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account or the original payment method.
